St Mary’s Cathedral on BBC Scotland’s The Service

St Mary’s Cathedral in Glasgow is the venue of BBC Scotland’s weekly worship programme ‘The Service’ this weekend.

The Very Rev Kelvin Holdsworth, Provost of the Cathedral, will lead a communion service, with intercessions from the Rev Canon Oliver Brewer-Lennon, who also delivers the Bible and Gospel readings.

Congregational singing and choir performances come from St Mary’s recordings in the BBC archives.

The 30-minute programme is on the BBC Scotland channel at 12 noon on Sunday 7 February, and can be watched again at https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m000s75q

The BBC Scotland channel is available on Freeview channel 9 (standard definition) and channel 108 (high definition) in Scotland, Sky channel 876 across the UK, and on Virgin Media channel 108 (Scotland only) and channel 162 (rest of UK).
