The Autumn issue of the Scottish Episcopal Institute Journal focuses on climate change.
The Rev Dr Michael Hull, editor of the Journal, says: “It is increasingly apparent that while the physical effects of climate change are devastating to the planet and to those who inhabit it, part and parcel of climate change is one of climate justice: who is most impacted by climate change?
“Christian concepts of social justice and the inherent dignity of every person as created in the image of God compel us to confront the reality of climate crises, not just in terms of the Earth’s survival per se, but in terms of our economic, political and social lives.”
The Autumn issue also includes articles not specifically focused on climate change, but of great interest on a variety of theological fronts. It can be found here.
