The October edition of the Scottish Episcopal Institute Newsletter features reports from the 2021 Orientation Week at St Mary’s Monastery, Kinnoull – the first to be held in-person in eighteen months.
In the newsletter second year ordinand Ferdinand von Prondzynski reflects upon the experience of the Week as a whole and Ross Jesmont, Final Year Mixed Mode ordinand, reflects on his Small Group’s exploits in Perth, alluded to in Ferdinand’s writing.
Later in the edition Pat Ellison, current EcoCongregation Scotland student rep, and Val Cameron, immediate past rep, write about how green issues are impacting the community; the achievements of some students in academic awards are noted and there is information available about two open opportunities for theological education in the coming months.
