Primus and Rev Diana Hall lead BBC worship

BBC TV’s worship programme Reflections At The Quay returns this weekend with a new series for the four weeks of Advent, and the presenters in the first broadcast are the Most Rev Mark Strange, Primus of the Scottish Episcopal Church and the Rev Diana Hall, Rector of St Anne’s in Dunbar.

The presenters look to where Advent hope is to be found, even when things are dark, and both have chosen a nautical theme. Ms Hall will speak about the Eyemouth fishing disaster, and the Primus will reflect on light in the darkness when he was a child and young man in Aberdeen, with friends and relatives working at sea.

Music comes from Celtic Worship and Rudi De Groote, principal cellist of the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra.

Reflections At The Quay is on BBC One Scotland at 11.30am on Sunday 28 November. It will be available to watch again here https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m0012652 shortly after broadcast.
