It’s nearly time for Yeek, and those taking part are ready for lift off!

The Provincial Youth Week (to give Yeek its proper name) launches on Sunday 28 July with 54 delegates and 21 youth leaders arriving from all points of the compass: from Dumfries to Shetland and from Largs to Aberdeen, Scottish Episcopal churches are sending their young people to spend a week together at Yeek, held at Glenalmond College in Perthshire.

This year’s theme is ‘Another Planet’ and participants will be undertaking an adventure together: along the way, young people will be able to explore new possibilities, form lasting friendships and deepen their understanding of faith. Each day brings a journey to a new ‘planet’ with opportunities to learn, grow and reflect on their place in the world and their relationship with God.

As well as Bible study and youth-led worship throughout the week, Yeek offers a huge range of activities, including sport, songwriting, chainmail-making, mindfulness with Lego and Robot Olympics, among many more. Evening highlights for the whole camp this year include the Space Disco, the Ceilidh and the ever-popular Murder Mystery.

Yeek offers young people a chance to recharge, renew, and create lasting memories during a week filled with laughter and inspiration.
